Welcome to sunflowerapps.eu, the website and applications developed by Sunflowerapps (“Sunflowerapps,” “we,” “our” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Uses carefully. By accessing or using the application (the “application, “service”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference herein. This Agreement applies to all users, members, contributors and others who access the Application (“Users”).
If you are using the application or the Application on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify you and Sunflowerapps for violations of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms will be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits.
Sunflowerapps develops applications that help users read their favorite newspapers in a certain country, the application gathers RSS sources from the websites and help users to find easily those RSS sources in the way that they do not need to copy and paste the URL of the RSS links for each sections that they want to read into an RSS reader application.
To use the application, users do not need to register for an account or provide any personal data to the application.
However, whenever you want to use additional feature such as removing the advertisements in the application, you can purchase a Premium subscription and register an account to be used in another device of your own. By signing up for an account, the Premium subscription will be associated with the account that you registered. You need to provide a valid email address and a password, your password will be encrypted on our server. We will not share your email address with any third parties, except communicating with you about the relevant information about using the app. If you do not agree, you can continue using the app without registering an email account.
We offer multiple subscriptions with various durations at different prices. Once subscribed to one subscription, you will enjoy the Premium feature of the application, you can cancel your subscription at any time using your Apple Subscription Management Settings. You will be able to use the app with Premium feature until the end of the current active Subscription period. After that, Apple will not charge you any more.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited
activities:
(i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Application
in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or
non-automated “scraping”;
(ii) using any automated system, including without limitation
“robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the
Application in a manner that sends more request messages to the
Sunflowerapps servers than a human can reasonably produce in the
same period of time;
(iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity
or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers
running the Application;
(v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole
discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our
infrastructure;
(xi) accessing any content on the Application through any technology
or means other than those provided or authorized by the Application;
We may, without prior notice, change the Application; stop providing the Application or features of the Application, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Application. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Application without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.
We care about the privacy of our Users. You understand that by using the Applications you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregate data as set forth in our Privacy Policy and to have your personal information collected, used, transferred to and processed.
Currently we do not store any of your personal information or credit card in our servers. We do not ask for your personal information when you use the app. All payment transactions are handled by Apple platform. You are responsible for your account at Apple.
the Application may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Sunflowerapps. Sunflowerapps does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third party website from the Application, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Sunflowerapps’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Sunflowerapps from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content. Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on the Application, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that Sunflowerapps shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the Application is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Sunflowerapps, does not warrant that the content, is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Application will meet your requirements; that the Application will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Application is downloaded at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or your use of the Application.
Sunflowerapps does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Sunflowerapps service or any hyperlinked website or service, and Sunflowerapps will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.
